Jonathan’s Landing is a Jupiter golf and marina community, not a beach town and not Palm Beach Gardens. Homes along the docks mix 1980s construction with later renovations, and the Intracoastal is close enough to matter.

Marina air is salt air
Outdoor coils and contactors near the docks fail earlier. If it’s running nonstop, the coil is the first thing we look at.

Older systems next to the water
Repair is still the first answer when the part makes sense. A flaking coil gets an honest replacement talk.

Club access in the note
Gate and guard instructions belong on the booking. We won’t guess our way in.
Marina air and older equipment
Salt and age arrive together. A contactor pits. A coil that looked fine five years ago is filmed over. Some houses are on a second or third system next to original ducts that were never resized after a renovation.
Club and HOA access comes first. We ask before we roll, the same way we do in Admirals Cove, because the streets are not the same as Abacoa.
Repair, then a straight replacement talk
A failed part on a sound system is a repair. Fins that are already gone, or ducts that cannot move the air a new system needs, get said out loud. Maintenance after that is a rinse interval, not a northern once-a-year sticker.

Yes. It is a Jupiter neighborhood on our schedule, with its own marina and golf-course streets. It is not a Palm Beach Gardens address.
