Canal streets count as coastal
A condenser a few lots off the water still picks up salt. We treat those like near-water equipment, not like an inland tract.

A lot of air handlers live in a garage closet. A clogged drain shows up on the floor. Turn the system off and call.

North Palm, the Gardens, and Juno sit against each other. The neighborhood tells us whether salt is the lead or not.
Canals, not a Gardens suburb
Prosperity Farms, the country club, and the waterfront streets are not PGA National. Condensers near the canals pick up salt. Houses from the 1950s through the 1970s are often on their second or third system, next to newer rebuilds that need a real load calculation.
We use the village’s name. Treating North Palm Beach as leftover Palm Beach Gardens is how you miss the corrosion and the older ductwork.
Repair, replace, rinse
A sound system with a bad contactor gets repaired. A pitted canal-side coil gets an honest replacement conversation. Maintenance intervals sit between Juno’s ocean spray and an inland Gardens lot.
