Coastal AC protection for salt air
Salt film is a maintenance fact within a mile or two of open water. It is not a slogan for every lot in Palm Beach County. This service is the rinse, the inspection, and the equipment choices that match that map.

Film versus rot
White dust on the coil can rinse off. Green pits and flaking fins are corrosion. Rinsing on a schedule slows the first one. It does not rebuild the second.

Not every lot is coastal
Inlet, Juno, Tequesta river streets, and canal lots need this. A Jupiter Farms acre or many Gardens lots do not need a beach rinse plan.

Electrical parts go with the coil
Salt eats contactors and disconnects. A rinse visit should include a look at those, not only the fins.
Who actually needs it
Jupiter Inlet and Intracoastal homes, Tequesta river lots along the Loxahatchee, Juno Beach oceanfront, and North Palm Beach canals. Condenser coils, contactors, and disconnects fail sooner there. A rinse schedule is ordinary care.
Jupiter Farms and much of Palm Beach Gardens usually need airflow and humidity attention more than a marine coating. We will not sell the beach package to a house that does not see salt spray.

What a rinse cannot do
It cannot rebuild flaking aluminum. When the coil is pitted through, the conversation moves to replacement. Pretending otherwise wastes a summer. Photos of real coastal coils will replace the stock images on this site before launch.

How often should a waterfront coil be rinsed?
More often than an inland condenser. The interval depends on how open the water is and how the unit sits on the pad. We set it after we see the equipment, not from a postcard.
