Cooling here is most of the year. A clammy house in September is normal to see and still worth fixing.
HVAC in Jupiter, FL starts with the neighborhood
Jupiter FL Air Conditioning starts in the Town of Jupiter, then extends to Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens. Cooling is infrastructure here. The season runs long, the air stays wet, and a condenser near the lighthouse lives a shorter life than one west of Interstate 95.

- Pennock Point and Harbourside — riverfront and Indiantown Road landmarks. The work is the homes, not restaurant refrigeration.
Salt on one side of town, runtime on the other
Close to open water, the outdoor unit is in a corrosion environment. Cabinets pit, fins crust, and electrical contacts fail on a July afternoon. Coatings and rinses earn their keep.
Past that, in the Farms, the enemy is hours. The system runs, the attic is hot, and a bedroom at the end of the house never matches the rest. Sizing, returns, and drainage matter more than a marine-grade slogan.

Humidity and Town of Jupiter practicalities
A thermostat can read 74 while the room still feels like a wet shirt. That happens when the system short-cycles, the blower is weak, or the house was tightened up without revisiting the equipment. We chase that complaint on purpose.
Changeouts that need a permit get a Town of Jupiter permit. Condo and HOA communities need the association name before the visit. We stay residential.

Do you cover both Abacoa and Jupiter Farms?
Yes. They are both Jupiter, and they are different jobs. Abacoa is tighter equipment yards and courtyard homes. The Farms is acreage, longer ducts, and less salt.
What is different about equipment near the Inlet?
Salt. Coils, contactors, and disconnects corrode faster than they do inland. Maintenance intervals get shorter, and replacement arrives sooner when the fins are already pitted.
Can you work with an HOA or a condo?
Yes, if we know the rules before the visit. Access, work hours, and where a new condenser may sit all change the plan.
