Acreage houses lose air in the attic. A system that runs all day with one cold room and one warm room is often the duct, not the compressor.

Equipment and flex duct sitting in a hot attic work harder. That’s a Farms problem more than a beach problem.

West of the Turnpike
Indiantown Road gets you here, and then the lots open up. A barn apartment or a closed porch is often an installation, not a swap of the main house system. The main house itself may have an air handler that has been cooling a bigger floor plan than it was sized for.
We do not sell a beach rinse package to a Farms condenser that never sees the Inlet. Airflow and humidity come first.
The room at the end of the house
A bedroom that never matches the thermostat is a duct and return problem as often as a refrigerant problem. We measure that before recommending a second system.
