A no-cool afternoon in Jupiter is urgent because the equipment runs most of the year. We take those calls. This site does not promise an all-night dispatch line until that coverage is real.

Plain notes, the way a tech would say them on the phone. Then call or book if you want someone at the house.

What counts as urgent
No cool in this heat, water spreading inside, a breaker that trips again, or a burning smell at the air handler. A noisy fan can usually wait for the next window.

Shut it off if there’s water or ice
Running it with a frozen coil or a flooding pan makes a bigger mess. Turn the system off, note what you saw, and call.

Same-day when the board is open
We don’t print a 24-hour promise. Tell us the town and what’s happening. We’ll give you the next real window.
What to tell us
Neighborhood, whether the outdoor unit is running, any water near the handler, and who is home. Abacoa, the Farms, a Juno condo, and a Tequesta river lot do not get the same arrival plan.
Call or book online for the next available window. If same-day is open, we will say so when we confirm the visit.
After a storm
A system that sat through a surge should be looked at before it is forced back on over and over. We can talk through a restart and then see it if it will not stay running.
