Rooftop and side-yard units fail early without a rinse and an honest look at the coil. Condo and HOA rules decide access, crane or lift needs, and where a replacement may sit. Tell us the association when you request the visit.
Homeowners here care about a system that stays quiet and keeps running. We do not open with a new-system pitch. If the fins are gone, we say replacement is the adult choice.
