Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens. Neighborhoods matter — Abacoa, Jupiter Farms, and the Inlet are not the same job. This is not a Boca-to-Stuart brand with a Jupiter page bolted on.
Do you repair first, or start with a new system?

Why does salt air matter for a Jupiter air conditioner?
Condensers near the Atlantic, the Jupiter Inlet, the Intracoastal, the Loxahatchee, and canal lots collect salt film. Coils, contactors, and disconnects corrode sooner than they do west of the Turnpike in the Farms or on many Palm Beach Gardens lots. Rinse intervals belong in the plan.
The house is cold but still clammy. Is that just Florida?
It is common, and it is not something you have to accept. Humidity removal depends on sizing, runtime, airflow, charge, and the drain. A thermostat setpoint does not dry a Jupiter house in July by itself. We look at those pieces before suggesting a dehumidifier or a new system.
